What data is processed, and why

• Pre-enrolment form: name, email, phone (if you give it), language, level, availability and your message. They are used to reply to you and propose a lesson plan. Legal basis: your consent and the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take.
• Student area: name, email, the language and level you study, log-ins and the date of your last log-in. They are used to give you access to your materials. Legal basis: performance of the lesson contract.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. David receives the amount, the date, the payment method and your email; never your card details.
• Statistics: if you accept the statistics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymous browsing data.

Where it is stored

On Supabase (database and files, servers in the European Union), Netlify (web hosting), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery). All with GDPR safeguards. Data is never sold or passed on to third parties for advertising.

How long

Pre-enrolments, for up to one year after the last contact. Student data, for as long as the relationship lasts plus the legal invoicing retention period (up to five years).

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing, by writing to david.servicioslinguisticos@gmail.com. If you're not satisfied with our reply, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or, if you're in the UK, with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
